Mandates health insurance carriers, Medicaid/NJ FamilyCare, and State/School Employees' Health Benefits Plans to cover family planning and reproductive health care services from in-network providers without any deductibles, copayments, or coinsurance

Covered services include abortion (both aspiration and medication), emergency medical services for mothers and newborns, family planning counseling, genetic testing and counseling, prenatal/postpartum hospital care, well-baby care, and ultrasound testing

Religious employers with existing exclusions under P.L.2021, c.375 are exempt from the requirements

High-deductible health plans for health savings accounts must set cost sharing at the minimum level necessary to preserve tax-exempt HSA contributions and withdrawals

Takes effect 120 days after enactment, with the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance or State Treasurer authorized to grant exemptions if enforcement would jeopardize federal funding
