Platforms must correct any identified problematic practices, algorithms, or features within 30 calendar days of audit completion and notification

Exempts platforms majority-controlled by businesses generating less than $100 million in gross revenue in the preceding calendar year

Violations are subject to civil penalties up to $250,000 per violation, with no liability for user-generated content or third-party content passively displayed
