Requires the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission to display an individual's full legal name, including roman numerals (such as II, III, IV), on driver's licenses, permits, and identification cards

Applies to standard and REAL ID versions of basic driver's licenses, motorcycle licenses, learner's permits, examination permits, probationary licenses, identification cards, and commercial driver licenses

Defines "legal name" as the name recorded on a birth certificate unless changed by marriage, divorce, or court order

Individuals must provide required documentation through the state's point-based identification verification program to have roman numerals included on their documents

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
