Authorizes any State-approved opioid antidote distribution program to distribute any FDA-approved opioid antidote

Maintains existing provisions allowing any person or entity to receive opioid antidotes through individual prescriptions, standing orders, or pharmacy dispensing

Preserves immunity from criminal, civil, and professional disciplinary liability for prescribers, pharmacists, and recipients who dispense, distribute, or administer opioid antidotes in good faith

Allows recipients to distribute opioid antidotes without fee to individuals at risk of overdose or those positioned to administer the antidote to someone experiencing an overdose
