Establishes the Sign Language Interpreting Services Providers Loan Redemption Program to repay student loans for certified sign language interpreters working at approved sites including nonprofits, courts, healthcare facilities, schools, and childcare providers

Redeems up to 100% of qualifying student loans over four years of service: 18% after year one, 26% after year two, 28% after year three, and 28% after year four, with a maximum redemption of $200,000

Requires participants to be New Jersey residents, certified by the National Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, and listed with the State Division of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing or NJ Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf

Gives preference to interpreters working in counties designated as having a shortage of interpreting services providers

Appropriates $2 million from the General Fund to the Higher Education Student Assistance Authority to implement the program
