County prosecutors must collect and report data to the Attorney General on crimes involving firearm use that did not result in bodily injury, including juvenile acts that would constitute crimes if committed by adults

Required data includes complaint number, date/time, location (county, municipality, address), offenses charged with statutory citations and degrees, and whether the firearm was used lawfully or unlawfully

Prosecutors must report all criminal complaints regardless of whether cases are prosecuted, dismissed, or downgraded

Quarterly reporting to the Attorney General is required for three years following the law's effective date, beginning on the next January 1 after enactment

After the three-year period, the Attorney General must compile and submit a report to the Governor and Legislature, and publish it on the Department of Law and Public Safety website
