Prohibits selling, giving, transferring, or otherwise disposing of ammunition through vending machines that accept payment and directly dispense items to consumers

Defines "vending machine" as any machine or mechanical device that accepts payment and directly dispenses an item to a consumer

Violation constitutes a fourth degree crime, punishable by up to 18 months imprisonment, a fine of up to $10,000, or both

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
