Authorizes the Department of Children and Families (DCF) to expand the NJ Statewide Student Support Services program to include eating disorder awareness, prevention, and counseling services for K-12 students

Requires the 15 regional hubs administering the program to conduct community-based needs assessments on available eating disorder treatment and prevention services

Regional hubs must develop policies for providing eating disorder services across the program's three-tiered system: Tier 1 (universal supports like workshops), Tier 2 (targeted small-group interventions), and Tier 3 (individualized clinical interventions and referrals to treatment)

Mandates protocols for assigning mental health clinicians, prevention specialists, or other service providers to deliver eating disorder services to students as appropriate

Takes effect on the first day of the third month following enactment, with DCF authorized to take anticipatory administrative action beforehand
