Makes it a third-degree crime for employers to knowingly hire a sex offender for positions primarily involving contact with children

Defines "sex offender" as anyone convicted, adjudicated delinquent, or found not guilty by reason of insanity for offenses covered under Megan's Law (N.J.S.A. 2C:7-2)

Exempts sex offenders under 18 years old from the employment prohibition when participating in jobs providing rehabilitative services to juvenile sex offenders
