Mandates developers hire a fire watch warden or install comparable monitoring technology during non-working hours from framing through final sprinkler inspection for all light frame construction projects

Fire watch wardens must be qualified individuals (active/retired firefighters, police officers, certified fire inspectors, building officials, or registered security officers) who patrol the site and report fire safety issues weekly to the Division of Fire Safety

Requires reflective triangular emblems (12" x 6") marked "LF" for light frame construction be affixed to exterior entrances of applicable structures, in addition to existing truss construction emblem requirements

Mandates placards (8" x 11") identifying the primary structural system (e.g., "Load-bearing light-framed combustible walls") be posted near fire alarm panels and within 10 feet of main entrances
