Requires the Department of Health to establish procedures within six months to inspect any reports of mold infestation in buildings or homes under its jurisdiction pursuant to Title 26 of the Revised Statutes

Mandates the Department of Health to develop guidelines within six months for preventing or removing mold from facilities under its jurisdiction

Defines "mold" to include multicellular fungi such as Cladosporium, Penicillium, Alternaria, Aspergillus, Fusarium, Trichoderma, Memnoniella, Mucor, and Stachybotrys Chartarum (commonly found in water-damaged building materials)

Authorizes the Department of Health to adopt rules and regulations under the Administrative Procedure Act to implement the legislation
