Establishes a three-year School Supervisor Mentorship Pilot Program to support novice supervisors (first-year school supervisors) through a one-year mentoring cycle aimed at strengthening the school leadership pipeline

Requires the Commissioner of Education to partner with a nonprofit organization with expertise in professional learning and mentoring services for school leaders to administer the program

Selected novice supervisors must meet with an assigned mentor for a minimum of 15 hours throughout the school year and participate in additional professional learning opportunities

Cohorts will be selected annually from school districts, charter schools, and renaissance schools across northern, central, and southern New Jersey, representing urban, suburban, and rural areas

Appropriates $500,000 from the General Fund and requires a report to the Governor and Legislature upon program conclusion evaluating effectiveness and recommending whether to continue the program
