Extends the pause on collecting new student growth objective data and administrator goals data for teachers, principals, assistant principals, and vice-principals through the 2024-2025 school year and beyond until the next expiration and readoption of N.J.A.C.6A:10

Requires educators in their first year of employment, those without pre-existing objectives/goals records, or non-tenured educators to still set and collect student growth objectives or administrator goals data

Allows educators not required to complete annual objectives to voluntarily complete new student growth objectives or administrator goals for one year, with scores applied to their summative evaluation for that and subsequent years

Exempts educators eligible for tenure on or before February 15 from setting new objectives or collecting data that school year; those eligible after February 15 must still complete the requirements

Requires written notification to supervisors and principals by September 30 if an educator chooses to voluntarily complete new objectives or goals
