Reduces signature requirements for county or county election district candidates to 1% of votes cast at the last primary election or 300 signatures (whichever is less), with a minimum of 150 signatures

Establishes tiered signature requirements for municipal candidates based on population, ranging from 5 signatures (population up to 2,500) to 100 signatures (population over 50,000)

Sets signature requirements for school board candidates at 25 signatures, with petitions due 50 days before April elections or by the last Monday in July for November elections

Allows candidates to sign and circulate their own nominating petitions for elective public office

Requires the Secretary of State to publish nominating petition forms by January 1 of each year in which a primary election is held, with signatures collected using pre-existing 2025 forms remaining valid
