Appropriates $60 million from constitutionally dedicated corporation business tax (CBT) revenues to the Department of Environmental Protection for State capital and park development projects

Allocates funds across multiple categories including: recreational development ($13.5 million), health and life safety projects ($10 million), historic structure stabilization ($7 million), building repairs ($5.5 million), and sanitary facilities ($4.7 million)

Provides funding for camping and cabin/shelter programs ($4.5 million), bridge repairs ($2.15 million), dam inspections and repairs ($2.15 million), road repairs ($2 million), and boating/fishing access facilities ($1 million)

Allows the DEP to reallocate funds among projects with approval from the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting, with written notification required to legislative leadership and relevant committees

Appropriates $50.813 million from the General Fund to the Preserve New Jersey Green Acres Fund, with an additional $9.187 million available from interest earnings on dedicated CBT revenues
