Updates the valuation of employer-furnished board and lodging in workers' compensation calculations from a fixed $25 per week to market value

Excludes the value of board or lodging from temporary total disability benefit calculations if the injured worker continues to receive those benefits during the disability period

Preserves the ability of employers and employees to set a different agreed-upon value for board and lodging at the time of hiring

Amends R.S.34:15-37, which defines "wages" for workers' compensation purposes, to modernize compensation calculations for employees who receive housing or meals as part of their employment
