Authorizes holders of plenary winery, farm winery, and out-of-state winery licenses producing no more than 250,000 gallons per year to sell wine by the glass for on-premises consumption in their licensed salesrooms

Prohibits by-the-glass sales in salesrooms located on restaurant premises

Defines "by the glass" as selling an individual portion of wine, or wine mixed with nonalcoholic beverages, in an open container

Wineries may operate up to 15 salesrooms apart from the main winery premises at a fee of $250 per salesroom

Amends R.S.33:1-10 governing Class A alcoholic beverage licenses in New Jersey
