Covers a broad range of clothing items including undergarments, athletic wear, swimwear, footwear, school uniforms, outdoor apparel, and apparel designed for severe wet conditions

Exempts personal protective equipment, clothing exclusively used by the U.S. military, and protective apparel/equipment designed for motorcycle or off-highway vehicle operation

Violations constitute an unlawful practice under New Jersey's Consumer Fraud Act, subjecting violators to all available remedies and penalties under that law
