Bids may be submitted in electronic format or other format designated by the contracting agent, rather than only through traditional methods

Notice of bid revisions can be sent electronically via email or other electronic means, replacing the outdated certified facsimile transmission option

County colleges may use electronic procurement for selling personal property no longer needed for college purposes, with board of trustees authorization

Takes effect on the first day of the seventh month following enactment, with electronic procurement processes to be developed by the Director of the Division of Local Government Services
