Requires all health insurance plans in New Jersey to cover medically necessary treatments for women diagnosed with perimenopause and menopause, including hormone replacement therapy, bioidentical hormones, non-hormonal medications, behavioral health services, and pelvic floor physical therapy

Mandates coverage for bone health treatments (screenings and medications), preventive services rated "A" or "B" by the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force for conditions like osteoporosis and cancer, and menopause management counseling

Applies to hospital service corporations, medical service corporations, health service corporations, individual and group health policies, HMOs, individual and small employer health benefits plans, and State and School Employees' Health Benefits Commission contracts

Requires insurers to provide clear, accessible information to covered persons about available perimenopause and menopause treatments, with benefits provided at parity with other medical conditions

Takes effect 90 days after enactment for most policies, with individual health benefits plans under P.L.1992, c.161 effective January 1, 2027
