Requires the Attorney General to review and revise the statewide policy on human trafficking investigations, currently governed by Law Enforcement Directive No. 2012-2

Directs consideration of whether audio or video recording by law enforcement during undercover human trafficking investigations would protect investigation integrity and ensure proper victim treatment

Mandates evaluation of strict dissemination policies for any recordings to protect human trafficking victims' privacy

Requires assessment of involving county prosecutors from the start of human trafficking investigations conducted by county or municipal law enforcement to address legal challenges as they arise

Responds to recommendations from an October 2024 New Jersey State Commission of Investigation report on human trafficking in the massage and bodywork therapy industry
