Authorizes county boards of elections to extend the electioneering prohibition zone from 100 feet to 200 feet around polling places, polling rooms, and ballot drop boxes at their discretion

Extends the early voting period for non-presidential primary elections from starting 4 days before to starting 7 days before the election

Extends the early voting period for presidential primary elections from starting 6 days before to starting 7 days before the election

Requires county boards of elections to provide clear and conspicuous notice of any extended electioneering prohibition zone, including penalties for violations

Violations of electioneering prohibitions within the standard 100-foot zone or the extended 200-foot zone constitute a disorderly persons offense
