Allows state agencies to grant an additional 30-calendar day extension to the existing 60-day cure period for small businesses (50 or fewer employees) to fix first-time violations before fines are imposed

The extension may be granted when the agency determines that denying it "would be contrary to equity and good conscience"

Applies only to violations that do not significantly impact public safety, cause employee income/benefit loss, or risk environmental harm

Does not apply to criminal violations, intentional acts, license revocations, labor law violations, stop-work orders, or federally mandated penalties

Amends P.L.2023, c.28, which established the original 60-day cure period program for qualifying business violations
