Establishes a three-year Integrated Domestic Violence Court pilot program in Superior Courts in Camden, Essex, Hudson, and Middlesex counties, following the "one family, one judge" model used in New York

Allows the court to consolidate domestic violence cases with related divorce proceedings, child custody matters, criminal offenses arising from domestic violence, juvenile offenses, and restraining order applications/violations

Requires judges assigned to the Integrated Domestic Violence Court to have extensive knowledge of domestic violence law, family law, criminal procedure, and criminal sentencing

Directs the Administrative Office of the Courts to administer and monitor the program, with reports to the Legislature at 12 months and within six months after the pilot expires

Amends the Prevention of Domestic Violence Act of 1991 to allow victims to file complaints and receive hearings in the Integrated Domestic Violence Court where applicable
