Directs the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU), in consultation with the Department of Environmental Protection and the Economic Development Authority, to conduct an 18-month feasibility study on developing advanced nuclear reactors statewide.

Defines "small modular reactor" as an advanced reactor with rated electric generating capacity of no more than 1,000 megawatts thermal that may be modular in design and constructed alone or in combination at a single site.

Requires the study to identify suitable deployment locations including current and former industrial sites, retired fossil fuel facilities, and locations near existing or former nuclear sites.

Mandates the board examine economic viability, federal funding opportunities, safety precautions, emergency preparedness, waste management, cybersecurity, water usage, and grid integration capabilities.

Requires a minimum of three public stakeholder sessions to assess public perception and environmental impacts, with findings to be published on the BPU website.
