Removes a previously proposed provision that would have allowed the Department of Labor to grant waivers from evening time limits for exigent or extraordinary circumstances

Amends the existing child labor law (P.L.1940, c.153) that generally prohibits minors under 16 from working before 7 a.m. or after 7 p.m., with various existing exceptions for specific occupations
