Expands the Behavioral Healthcare Provider Loan Redemption Program to include for-profit community providers of behavioral and mental health services as approved sites where participants can fulfill their service obligations

Currently, approved sites are limited to nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, school districts, counties, and state departments (Children and Families, Human Services, and Health)

Behavioral healthcare providers who work at approved sites can receive up to $150,000 in student loan redemption (or the federal maximum, whichever is greater) in exchange for their service

Takes effect immediately and applies to applications submitted on or after the date of enactment
