Requires the Administrative Director of the Courts to compile and publicly report statewide and county-level statistics on consumer debt lawsuits, including lawsuits related to consumer credit contracts and medical debt collection

Statistics must include the number of new consumer debt lawsuits filed (broken down by Law Division, Special Civil Part, and Small Claims Section), cases pending three months or more, and cases where defendants have attorney representation

Mandates tracking of consumer debt lawsuit judgments, including default judgments, as well as dispositions other than judgment

Requires annual reporting of compiled statistics to the Governor and the Legislature

Takes effect on the first day of the fourth month following enactment
