Requires that forms, applications, and other materials for renting, leasing, selling, or reselling age-restricted senior housing units be provided by mail or email upon request of a prospective resident

Applies to housing that qualifies under the "housing for older persons" exception in the federal Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988

Directs the Commissioner of Community Affairs to adopt rules and regulations necessary to implement the requirements

Takes effect on the first day of the second month following enactment
