The Office of Information Technology must create "Go NJ: The New Jersey Information Hub," an internet-based platform that consolidates access to multiple state department, agency, authority, and commission websites into a single centralized search tool

The hub will provide information on business regulation, grants, taxation, environmental requirements, health and safety, nonprofit activities, and commercial/residential development and construction

The platform must be designed to work on both mobile devices and traditional computers, and must be accessible to users with varying levels of technical expertise, including novices

The Office of Information Technology must assess contractor or vendor costs required to complete the system design

Implementation of the hub does not impose any new regulatory or technology requirements on the political subdivisions whose systems are integrated into the platform
