Expands "Daniel's Law" to include municipal court administrators and deputy municipal court administrators among those protected from disclosure of home addresses and unpublished telephone numbers

Defines "municipal court administrator" as a person employed by a county or municipality to administer a municipal court, including acting and deputy administrators

Extends protections to immediate family members residing in the same household as municipal court administrators

Prohibits both governmental entities and private parties from disclosing protected personal information, with violations subject to criminal prosecution (third or fourth degree crime) and civil liability (minimum $1,000 per violation plus attorney's fees)

Requires persons, businesses, or associations to remove protected information from the Internet within 10 business days of receiving written notice from an authorized person
