Requires courts to automatically consider expungement petitions on the 61st day after filing if no objections are submitted by the State Police, Attorney General, or county prosecutor within the 60-day review period

Deems objections to be waived if law enforcement and prosecutors fail to respond within the 60-day deadline

Allows courts to grant expungements without a hearing when no objections are filed, or deny them if the court's own review reveals the petitioner is ineligible

Provides that if the 61st day falls on a weekend or legal holiday, the court will consider the petition on the next business day

Amends P.L.2019, c.269 to clarify existing expungement timelines and prevent unnecessary delays in processing applications
