Authorizes family courts to order one party in a divorce case to allow the other party temporary access to the marital residence at any time after a divorce complaint is filed

Court orders may be issued regardless of whether the marital residence is jointly or solely owned or leased by either party

Access orders do not affect title or property interest rights held by either party individually or jointly

Courts must establish the specific duration of the temporary access period

The bill does not apply when either party is subject to a temporary or permanent restraining order under New Jersey's Prevention of Domestic Violence Act of 1991
