Removes the current 5 megawatt capacity limit for individual solar energy projects participating in New Jersey's Community Solar Energy Program

Allows solar energy projects of any size or capacity to participate in the community solar program going forward

Applies to all community solar energy projects registered after the bill's enactment date

Maintains all other existing program requirements, including provisions for low and moderate income customer access, geographic limitations, and land use standards
