Amends the State school aid formula to exclude nonpublic school transportation costs from the calculation of a school district's local share

Subtracts the amount a district spent in the prebudget year for transporting nonpublic school pupils from the local share calculation, which combines equalized property values and district income

Reduces the local share amount for districts with nonpublic school transportation expenses, potentially increasing State equalization aid to those districts

Takes effect immediately and applies beginning with the first full school year following enactment
