Increases maximum grant amounts for the New Jersey Nonprofit Security Grant Program from $10,000 to $50,000 for security personnel and from $50,000 to $150,000 for target-hardening equipment

Expands eligible grant uses to include security-related training and planning, in addition to existing categories of security personnel and equipment

Removes restriction that limited applicants to receiving only personnel or equipment grants in a single fiscal year, now allowing organizations to apply for all grant categories simultaneously

Raises the required annual budget request from the Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness from $2 million to $10 million to fund the program

Eligible nonprofits at high risk of terrorist attack, threats, domestic extremism, or violent acts may apply annually for grants administered through the Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness
