Mandates courts to waive juvenile jurisdiction and transfer cases to adult court when there is probable cause a juvenile committed criminal homicide (excluding death by auto) against a law enforcement officer

Applies when the law enforcement officer victim was killed while performing duties in uniform, exhibiting evidence of authority, or targeted because of their status as an officer

Removes the age restrictions that currently exist under P.L.2015, c.89, allowing juveniles of any age to be tried as adults for these specific offenses

Permits courts to deny the prosecutor's waiver motion only if clearly convinced that seeking the waiver constitutes an abuse of prosecutorial discretion

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
