Removes autocabs from the definition of "commercial motor vehicle" for insurance purposes, which previously required $1.5 million in coverage

Creates a new separate insurance category specifically for autocabs with the $200,000 coverage minimum

Applies to all automobile insurance policies initiated or renewed on or after the date of enactment

Allows autocab owners to obtain additional liability coverage beyond the $200,000 minimum from insurers licensed outside New Jersey
