Farm brewery license holders may now sell malt alcoholic beverages to consumers for consumption on the licensed premises, in addition to the existing right to sell for off-premises consumption

Farm breweries remain limited to producing no more than 2,500 barrels of 31 fluid gallons per year

License fees remain graduated based on production: $100 for fewer than 100 barrels/year, $200 for 100-1,199 barrels/year, and $300 for 1,200-2,500 barrels/year

Farm brewery licensees are still prohibited from selling or offering food for consumption on the licensed premises

Sampling rights continue to be limited to containers not exceeding one and one-half ounces of malt alcoholic beverage
