Requires owners or operators of regulation-sized 18-hole golf courses open to the public to acquire and maintain at least one automated external defibrillator (AED) within one year of the bill's effective date

Excludes 9-hole courses, executive courses, par-3 courses, driving ranges, and miniature golf courses from the AED requirement

Mandates golf courses pay for CPR and AED training for employees and ensure at least one certified employee is on-site during normal business hours

Establishes civil penalties for violations: minimum $250 for first offense, $500 for second, and $1,000 for third and subsequent violations

Provides golf courses with immunity from civil and criminal liability for AED malfunctions when the device has been properly maintained and tested according to manufacturer guidelines
