Requires all New Jersey institutions of higher education to publish employment outcomes and earnings data from the New Jersey Statewide Data System for graduates of the three most recent academic years on their websites

Expands existing student consumer information report requirements to include employment data alongside graduation rates, costs, and faculty information

Mandates institutions disaggregate student loan indebtedness data by race, ethnicity, age, family income at admission, gender, and first-generation status

Requires the Secretary of Higher Education to compile comparative profiles of all four-year institutions (both public and independent) allowing students and families to compare consumer information across schools

Takes effect immediately and applies to the first full academic year following enactment
