Department of Environmental Protection must develop and publish a publicly-accessible online dashboard to track municipal flood risks in real time within 12 months of the bill's enactment

Dashboard must display rainfall levels, river levels, total water level rise, storm surge, drainage complaints, flood damage reports, sewer/stormwater system capacity, and municipal flooding history from the previous year

Counties and municipalities are required to report flood-related data to DEP in standardized digital formats established by the department

During active storms or flood risk periods as determined by the National Weather Service, dashboard information must be updated at least weekly

DEP must conduct annual reviews of the dashboard and reporting requirements to eliminate duplicative reporting, standardize data formats, and identify opportunities to modernize flood monitoring infrastructure and secure federal funding
