Requires the Department of Environmental Protection to conduct a comprehensive study evaluating whether paraquat dichloride, a toxic herbicide and desiccant, should be banned for consumer and commercial use in New Jersey

Study must be completed and a written report submitted to the Governor and Legislature within two years of the bill's effective date

Report must include findings on paraquat dichloride's impact on environment and public health, policies implemented by other states to regulate its use, and recommendations on whether to prohibit it

The act expires automatically upon submission of the required report
