Expands the types of epinephrine delivery devices allowed in New Jersey schools from only pre-filled auto-injectors to any FDA-approved epinephrine administration mechanism

Requires public and nonpublic schools to maintain a supply of FDA-approved epinephrine administration devices in secure but unlocked, easily accessible locations for emergency use during anaphylactic reactions

School nurses and trained designees may administer epinephrine using any FDA-approved device to students experiencing anaphylaxis, including students without a known history of severe allergic reactions

Parents must provide written authorization and physician orders, and must sign liability waivers acknowledging they will indemnify schools for any injury arising from epinephrine administration

Permission for epinephrine administration must be renewed annually for each school year
