Establishes the "South Jersey Community Resilience Center" in Atlantic City, administered by the Department of Human Services in consultation with the Department of Health

Appropriates $500,000 from the General Fund to implement the center, which will serve an estimated 200,000 LGBTQIA+ residents across eight South Jersey counties

Center will provide LGBTQIA+-specific resources including peer discussion groups, mental health workshops, educational seminars on healthcare matters, and community-building activities

Partnerships with nonprofit organizations, hospitals, community health centers, and mental health organizations will help reduce barriers to healthcare, personal care, community support, and advocacy services

Creates a dedicated event, meeting, and collaboration space for LGBTQIA+ organizations and individuals in a region currently lacking such facilities
