Creates a third-degree crime for selling counterfeit precious metal coins or bullion by falsely representing their gold, silver, or other precious metal content, grade, or composition

Criminalizes presenting coins in fake sealed plastic holders designed to mimic legitimate professional grading service authentication

Requires convicted offenders to pay victims three times the amount of damages sustained (treble damages)

Imposes enhanced penalties when victims are senior citizens (62 years or older): mandatory prison term of one-third to one-half of the sentence or one year minimum, with no parole eligibility during that period

Convictions under this law cannot merge with other offense convictions, allowing for separate sentences
