Directs the Department of Human Services and Department of Health to jointly study the projected impact of federal Medicaid funding cuts under U.S. H.R.1 (P.L.119-21) on New Jersey

Study must analyze effects on hospitals, long-term care facilities, transportation providers, direct service providers, Medicaid eligibility for state residents, and state and local budgets

Commissioners must submit a joint report to the Governor and Legislature within 90 days of the act taking effect, including findings and recommendations for legislative or regulatory action

Report must include recommendations on how to prioritize resources under the Medicaid program and be made publicly available on both departments' websites

Act expires automatically upon submission of the required report
