Age-restricted planned real estate developments (homeowners' associations, condominiums, and cooperatives complying with federal "housing for older persons" exceptions) must provide reasonable options for remote attendance at executive board meetings

Remote attendance options must include group in-person virtual options in an accessible room and cannot be limited exclusively to computer access from a resident's individual dwelling unit

The requirement does not apply to conferences or working sessions where no binding votes are taken

The Commissioner of Community Affairs must adopt implementing rules and regulations within four months of enactment

The law takes effect on the first day of the fifth month following enactment
