Shifts responsibility for completing student information cards from parents alone to the IEP team in coordination with parents, ensuring cards are maintained with the IEP and kept on the school bus in an accessible location

Expands definition of "school bus personnel" to include drivers, aides, and any other individuals responsible for student safety on buses, all of whom must receive the student information card

Requires school districts to share completed student information cards with contracted transportation providers serving students under district contracts, upon parental consent
