Requires New Jersey higher education institutions to collect and publish employment outcomes and earnings data for graduates from the three most recent academic years on their websites

Employment data must include: percentage of graduates employed full-time in their field of study within one year, percentage employed full-time in any field, percentage enrolled in graduate programs, and salary information one year post-graduation

All employment data must be disaggregated by race, ethnicity, age, family income at admission, gender, and first-generation student status

Institutions must conduct annual employment surveys of the prior year's graduates and maintain employment data on their websites for four academic years after compilation

During the first three years after enactment, institutions may report any available employment data while building their survey systems
